Where branded overstock actually comes from

Unfrosen is a closed platform. Brands, their distributors, large retailers and fashion showrooms move stock they need off the books, and verified businesses buy it before it ever reaches an outlet. Buyers never see the supplier's name and suppliers never see the buyer, which is why a brand is willing to let its stock go at these prices.

A brand that discounts in public teaches its customers to wait for the discount. Selling into a closed platform, where buyers never see the supplier's name, is how the stock moves without the brand's own shops paying for it.

What it costs and how it reaches you

Discounts run up to 85% off RRP. Prices are shown without VAT: a cross-border sale inside the EU is reverse charged, so that is what you pay, while a domestic Romanian sale adds VAT. Orders are consolidated into our three warehouses in Bucharest and dispatched anywhere in the European Union. Shipping is a percentage of the order value, and in most countries that percentage drops once you pass €2,000. The full rate card is in the FAQ.

Is there a minimum order?

A lot is priced as a whole and bought as one. If you would rather pick single pieces out of a supplier's stock, that carries a €500 minimum per supplier. No membership fee and no annual commitment either way.
